Refunds - Please ensure our florists make our bouquets to the best of our ability with fresh flowers and to the amount paid for but if a refund is required please either send photos or bring the flowers back to the shop within 24 hours of purchase for us to assess the issue and to be able to give a refund. If we have not received this within the timescale a refund may not be granted.
